American Kids Sports Center


Keep your kids moving all summer long!  EPIC! Camp is Bakersfield’s premier all-inclusive sports/activity camp. American Kids is two Mega-facilities of kids' sports heaven. Our program is led by an exceptional, trained staff in the most popular children’s recreational pursuits: Gymnastics, Trampoline, Taekwondo, Swim, Dance, Ninja Zone, and indoor ball games. Kids also participate in Arts and Crafts, Fun Science, Team Building, and Creative Play.

Camp Valor


Camp Valor is a faith-based non-profit program. This is a program for young men from the ages of 9-17. We believe young men need to learn discipline more than ever. More importantly, they need to connect with the manly attributes God created inside of them. It is a physically tough program.  Every young man will be pushed to his limits, nothing is given and everything is earned at Camp Valor.


Charlotte White Art Classes


Art Classes with Charlotte White offer a variety of fine arts & crafts for all ages. Learn new techniques in drawing, painting, ceramics, and much more! CSUB Athletics


This summer, Cal State Bakersfield Athletics will welcome hundreds of children from around Kern County and beyond to the CSUB campus for a large variety of camps: Soccer (All Sports Camp and Boys Youth Camp in June), Baseball (Prospect and Youth Camps in June), Basketball (Boys and Girls Camps in June), Volleyball (Youth Camps and Clinics in July), and Wrestling (dates TBD). CSUB Women's Basketball Camp



Cal State Bakersfield Women's basketball is hosting a youth summer camp from June 12-15. The camp is designed for all skill levels. It will focus on introductory skills and create a love of the game in your child! Girls grades 3rd-8th are invited to participate. The cost is $150 per camper and includes a basketball and shirt. Kern High School District ROTC & CTEC


The Entrepreneurship Mindset Summer Camp is an introductory one-week course that focuses on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial mindsets. Students will learn how to embody an entrepreneurial mindset which is a framework for thinking and acting that can empower anyone to succeed, no matter their chosen career path. Camp involves a combination of lectures, individual and group hands-on activities, creativity and reflection activities, interactive discussions, TED Talks and most importantly: FUN!

The Taft College Summer STEM Program is a unique opportunity where students can explore topics ranging from robotics and engineering to ecology and resource conservation. Within a theme, STEM participants are engaged in a combination of short discussions and lectures combined with a heavy dose of hands-on individual and group activities including chemistry, biology, 3D printing, circuits, water robotics and design. Hands-on activities may seem to be just for fun, but there’s lots of learning going on during this week!
